Fire Meets Water

It started in a yoga teacher training.

Our teacher assigned us as partners for our final practicum class. We didn't choose each other and maybe that's the point. Some things aren't chosen. They find you.

Within minutes of meeting, we knew. One of us was water. One of us was fire. And so we taught our first class together working with the elements, neither of us knowing that years later we'd be building something together that would carry that same spark.

That's where Elemental Balance was born. Not in a boardroom. Not in a business plan. On a yoga mat, in a room full of people, the first time fire met water.

Since then we've trained together in Salem, received our Reiki attunements together in Costa Rica, and walked each other through every initiation in between. This partnership wasn't built. It was revealed.

Who We Are

Between us we carry decades on stages. Dance competitions, piano recitals, musicals, plays, a theater degree, and years spent helping brands find their voice and fill rooms. The kind of training that teaches you to feel everything and hold nothing back.

We are both 500-hour certified yoga teachers, Reiki practitioners trained to the highest level, certified somatic practitioners, and herbalists who have spent more hours with our noses in plant books than we could ever count. We completed our advanced training together, which is where this whole thing started.

We have sat in sacred ceremony in Salem. We received our Reiki attunements together in Costa Rica. We have trained in circle, in nature, and in the places that ask something real of you.

Add to that 21 years of hands in someone's hair learning how people carry their stories in their bodies, a decade of teaching piano and movement, seven humans who call us mom, and a combined lifetime of coming back to ourselves through ecstatic dance, plant medicine, and the quiet insistence of the body that it knows the way home.

We didn't wait until things calmed down to start living intentionally. We learned to do it in the chaos.

How We Work

We hold certifications. But more than anything, we are students, of plants, of light, of the body, of each other, of those who sit in circle with us.

We are both intuitives. We read energy. We read people. It informs everything we do, from the way we hold space to the way we see what's underneath what someone is telling us.

We have trained in sacred places. We have sat with hard things. We have learned to trust what cannot always be explained.

Those who find us tend to find us for a reason.
